Shipping & Delivery Policy

The Shipping & Delivery Policy is apart of our "Terms of Service" and should be therefore read alongside "Online Store Terms".

Please carefully read and review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This Policy will apply to any order you place with us.

 

What are my Shipping & Delivery Options?

The Bratty Princess Offers various shipping options through USPS, UPS, DHL, and FedEX.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders $35+.

Expedited Shipping Fees

For US shipping, we offer expedited shipping for the following time frames:

  • Priority (1-3 Business Days)
  • First Class (2-5 Business Days)
  • Ground (7-14 Business Days)

Shipping prices will be factored in at Checkout.

All times and dates for delivery of the products are given in good faith and are estimates. We will follow up after checkout with any additional shipping information including tracking numbers.

For CA, EU and UL consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after payment is received. For more information, please refer to our Terms.

 

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

As of now, we offer international shipping to the following countries:

  • Canada

Free standard shipping is not valid on international orders.

Please Note: We may be subjected to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you lived and will be responsible for any such additional cost/taxes.

 

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

We reserve the right to deny shipping if:

  1. Any addresses are marked as undeliverable by our third-party shipping
  2. Any addresses that have a forwarding address
  3. Any addresses marked as PO Boxes

Upon being denied, an automatic refund will be issued. 


WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If a delivery is delayed for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated dated of delivery.
